Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Invader app. By downloading or using Invader, you agree to them. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.

The app

Invader is a podcast player. It helps you discover, follow, and play podcasts that are distributed publicly by their creators. Invader does not host podcast content; audio and show notes are delivered directly from each publisher’s feed. We are not responsible for the content of third-party podcasts.

Invader Pro subscription

• Invader Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks Pro Audio (Trim Silence and Voice Enhance) and unlimited downloads.
• New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews at the then-current annual price shown in the app.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Some podcasts include advertising inserted by their creators. Those ads are part of the audio itself and are not added or controlled by Invader.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Invader to break the law or to abuse podcast publishers’ servers. We may update or discontinue features over time.

Invader is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll revise the date above when we do.
